Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 7, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled when you visit bitpulsehub.com (the "Website"). It covers the Website only.
The BitPulseHub iOS app has its own privacy policy, which you can read inside the app.
1. Who we are
The Website is operated by BitPulseHub ("we", "us").
For any privacy question or request, contact us through the "App Support" link on our App Store page.
2. The short version
- The Website has no accounts, no sign-up forms and no payments. We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, wallet address or any financial information.
- We use analytics and advertising measurement tools (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel and TikTok Pixel) to understand how visitors use the Website and how our ads perform.
- If you are in the EEA, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, none of these tools run until you agree. Elsewhere they run when you arrive, and you can switch them off at any time.
- We do not sell your personal information.
3. What we collect
3.1 Information collected when the Website is delivered
Our hosting provider processes technical data needed to deliver the Website and keep it secure: your IP address, browser and device type, the page requested, the referring page and the time of the request.
3.2 Information collected by analytics and advertising tools
Only when these tools are active (see Section 6), they collect:
- the pages you view and how you reached them, including the referring website and any
campaign parameters in the link you followed (for example
utm_source); - clicks on the "Download on the App Store" buttons, including which button was clicked and the language version of the page;
- device, browser and operating system information;
- approximate location derived from your IP address (country or city level);
- identifiers stored in cookies or similar technologies (see Section 5).
3.3 Your preferences
We remember the language version you are viewing and your cookie choice in your browser, so the Website works as you expect and does not ask you again on every visit. This stays on your device and is not sent to us.
3.4 What we do not collect
We do not collect names, contact details, account credentials, payment information, cryptocurrency wallet addresses or private keys through the Website.
4. Why we use your information
| Purpose | Information | Legal basis (EEA, UK, Switzerland) |
|---|---|---|
| Delivering the Website and keeping it secure | Section 3.1 | Our legitimate interest in operating a secure website |
| Understanding how the Website is used | Section 3.2 (Google Analytics) | Your consent |
| Measuring the performance of our ads | Section 3.2 (Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel) | Your consent |
| Remembering your preferences | Section 3.3 | Necessary to provide the Website as you requested |
Outside the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, we rely on our legitimate interest in understanding and improving the Website and our advertising. You can object at any time using "Cookie settings" (Section 7).
5. Cookies and similar technologies
| Name | Provider | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
NEXT_LOCALE |
BitPulseHub | Remembers the language version you are viewing | Until you close your browser |
bph-consent (local storage) |
BitPulseHub | Remembers your cookie choice | Until you clear it |
_ga |
Distinguishes visitors for analytics | Up to 2 years | |
_ga_<ID> |
Keeps session state for analytics | Up to 2 years | |
_fbp |
Meta | Identifies browsers for ad measurement | 90 days |
_fbc |
Meta | Stores the ad click identifier when you arrive from a Meta ad | 90 days |
fr (facebook.com) |
Meta | Ad delivery and measurement, set on Meta's own domain | 90 days |
_ttp |
TikTok | Identifies browsers for ad measurement | 13 months |
_tt_enable_cookie |
TikTok | Checks whether cookies can be stored | 13 months |
ttcsid, ttcsid_<ID> |
TikTok | Keeps session state for ad measurement | 13 months |
Only NEXT_LOCALE and bph-consent are strictly necessary. Everything else is set only
when the corresponding tool is active. Meta Pixel may also keep referral information in
your browser's local storage to link a visit to an ad.
Some browsers, including Chrome, limit cookies to a maximum of 400 days. Providers may change the names and durations of their cookies.
6. How your location affects the defaults
EEA, United Kingdom and Switzerland — Google Analytics, Meta Pixel and TikTok Pixel are not loaded until you choose "Accept all" or enable them under "Customize".
All other regions — these tools are loaded when you arrive. The cookie banner lets you reject them straight away, and you can change your mind later.
We decide which default applies from your browser's time-zone setting. We do not look up your location with any external service to make this decision. If the time zone cannot be read, we apply the stricter EEA default.
7. Changing your mind
Select "Cookie settings" at the bottom of any page to change your choice at any time.
This is how withdrawal works in practice:
- Google Analytics stops setting and reading cookies as soon as you withdraw. If it was already running in the current tab, any further signals from that page carry no cookie identifiers, and it is not loaded again from the next page you open.
- Meta Pixel and TikTok Pixel stop being loaded from the next page you open. If they were already running in the current tab, they may continue until you reload or leave the page.
- Cookies that were already set are not deleted automatically. You can delete them in your browser settings.
8. Who receives your information
| Recipient | Role | More information |
|---|---|---|
| Vercel Inc. | Website hosting | vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy |
| Google (Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC) | Analytics | policies.google.com/privacy |
| Meta (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. / Meta Platforms, Inc.) | Ad measurement | facebook.com/privacy/policy |
| TikTok (TikTok Technology Ltd. / TikTok Inc. and affiliates) | Ad measurement | tiktok.com/legal/privacy-policy |
We may also share this information with advertising agencies that run our campaigns on our behalf, for the same purposes.
Meta and TikTok may also use this information for their own purposes as described in their privacy policies, including improving their advertising systems.
We may disclose information where the law requires it.
9. International transfers
Our service providers may process your information in the United States and other countries outside your own. Where the law requires it, these transfers rely on recognised safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
10. How long we keep it
- Google Analytics data: up to 14 months, depending on our Google Analytics settings
- Hosting logs: kept by Vercel for a limited period for security and operations
- Meta and TikTok: according to their own retention policies
- Your preferences: on your device, for the durations in Section 5
11. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- access the personal information we hold about you;
- have it corrected or deleted;
- restrict or object to its use;
- receive it in a portable format;
- withdraw consent at any time, without affecting use before the withdrawal;
- complain to your local data protection authority.
To exercise a right, contact us through the channel in Section 1. Because the Website
has no accounts, analytics data is linked to browser identifiers rather than to your
name. To help us find your data, you may need to provide the identifier from your
browser (for example, the value of the _ga cookie).
12. Children
The Website is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
13. Security
The Website is served only over HTTPS. We do not operate a database of visitor information. The information described above is held by the service providers in Section 8 under their own security measures.
14. Additional information for users in the Republic of Korea
This section sets out information required by the Personal Information Protection Act.
- Items processed: as described in Section 3
- Purposes and retention: as described in Sections 4 and 10
- Entrustment of processing: website hosting is entrusted to Vercel Inc.
- Overseas transfer: to the recipients in Section 8, located in the United States and other countries, transferred over the network when you visit the Website, for the purposes and periods in Sections 4 and 10. You can refuse by rejecting non-essential cookies (Section 7), and the Website remains fully usable.
- Refusing cookies: use "Cookie settings" (Section 7) or your browser settings. Refusing does not limit your use of the Website.
- Destruction: information is deleted by each provider when its retention period ends (Section 10).
- Privacy officer: the BitPulseHub privacy team, reachable through the channel in Section 1.
15. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the date at the top. If we start collecting new kinds of information, we will ask for your consent again where the law requires it.
