These Terms of Use govern your use of bitpulsehub.com (the "Website"), operated by BitPulseHub ("we", "us"). By using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

1. What these Terms cover

These Terms apply to the Website only. The BitPulseHub iOS app (the "App") is provided under the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions and the App's own Terms of Service, which you can read inside the App.

2. What the Website is

The Website describes the App and links to its page on the Apple App Store. The Website does not provide any account, trading, wallet or payment service.

3. Not financial advice

Information on the Website, including market figures, charts, screenshots and news references, is provided for general information only.

  • It is not investment, financial, tax or legal advice, and it is not a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any cryptocurrency or other asset.
  • Cryptocurrency prices are highly volatile, and you may lose money.
  • You are solely responsible for your own decisions. Consider seeking advice from a qualified professional.

BitPulseHub does not store, send or receive cryptocurrency, and it is not a wallet or an exchange.

4. Third-party data

Market data, news and network statistics shown in the App come from third parties, including CoinGecko, Cointelegraph and mempool.space. Screenshots and figures shown on the Website are illustrative.

Third-party data may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate. We do not guarantee its accuracy, and those third parties are not affiliated with or responsible for BitPulseHub.

5. Promotions

Any promotion described on the Website is subject to its own terms, including eligibility, amounts and the promotional period. Where the promotion terms differ from anything described elsewhere on the Website, the promotion terms apply.

6. Intellectual property

The Website, including its text, graphics, logos and design, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may view it for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, distribute or reuse its content without our prior written permission, except as the law allows.

"BitPulseHub" and the BitPulseHub logo are our trademarks. Apple, the Apple logo and App Store are trademarks of Apple Inc. Other names mentioned on the Website belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify them.

You agree not to:

  • use the Website in any way that breaks the law;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website or the systems that host it;
  • interfere with the Website's operation, including by overloading it;
  • use automated means to copy the Website's content at scale, except for search engine indexing;
  • use the Website to misrepresent any affiliation with BitPulseHub.
